If I could only keep one habit: before each on-chain interaction, pause for three seconds and ask myself, "Can I accept this transaction being front-run?"

MEV, simply put, is about someone who is better at queuing and more skilled at front-running; the biggest impact isn't necessarily "how much you lost," but that you thought you were in a fair queue, only to find out you're just the slower one.
Recently, AI agents and automated trading have become popular again, with many people hyping them as if they've gained an unfair advantage, but in reality, the more automated it is, the easier it becomes to entrust your security to scripts, and of course, front-runners are happier.
Anyway, I now prefer to be slower rather than risking my positions to prove my ego.
