I've been diving for a long time, but I still can't help but say: the biggest problem with information overload now isn't the lack of news, but that there's too much news, and all of it seems like "the last train." In the group, there's a bunch of forwarded KOL screenshots, with captions like "Smart money is moving again," plus some on-chain large transfers, exchange hot and cold wallet movements, instantly pumping up people's emotions. To put it simply, many of these signals are just storytelling; they sound very reasonable, but that doesn't mean they relate to you.
When it comes to impulsive buying, I think it's best not to always blame the group or the KOLs; ultimately, the person pressing the buy button is still yourself. If you really want to see clearly, set a buffer for yourself: when you see an "abnormal movement," wait an hour first, and ask yourself if you can explain why you're buying, and what to do if you're wrong. Anyway, I now prefer to miss out rather than be a background actor in the story.
