Spot holdings can't be held, and contracts keep exploding, actually one sentence: don't let any fluctuation decide your life. First set a fixed upper limit for your position, then talk about narratives and charts. To put it simply, I currently have two levels: slowly accumulate the core position, and be ready to cut the volatile position at any time; contracts are mostly just for seasoning, losing money on them doesn't affect your sleep.

Recently, pledge unlocks and unlock calendars are being flipped through every day to scare people, I’m not in a rush to pick a side either, first watch whether on-chain actual outflows and trading volume can handle it; if there's no data, treat it as noise, don’t be led by the words “selling pressure.” If you really want to get in, do it in batches, don’t go all-in and then keep refreshing/retrying the queue for a miracle. Anyway, it’s better to stay alive longer, than to guess right once.
