Hello, you can contact our online customer service and provide screenshots of the relevant issue for further verification and handling. Please follow these steps in the app: Home page → tap the avatar in the top-left corner → on the pop-up page, click the customer service icon in the top-right corner → contact customer service → in the section “Can’t find the answer, click here,” enter “Human agent” in the input field below → reply to the message and select “Transfer to human,” then choose the relevant question.
