Mars Finance News reported that on June 6, according to sources cited by Al Arabiya TV, U.S. President Donald Trump has told the mediators that he will not accept a negotiation period longer than 60 days, and has asked Iran to respond to the relevant proposals as soon as possible. Information exchanges between the two sides are currently conducted through Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein and U.S. Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff. In addition, sources said that Pakistan’s Interior Minister will travel to Iran to discuss a path to help move forward a memorandum of understanding between the United States and Iran. Meanwhile, Saudi media Al Hadath, citing sources, reports that Iran wants to negotiate for three months on the details of the nuclear dossier, which differs from the 60-day deadline requested by Trump.
