CoinGeek News reports that Wu has learned that the Turkish Presidential Communications Directorate has announced that it has registered the official ENS domain cbiletisim.ETH, to use as a decentralized identity, and that it will publish official publications to IPFS, which are then referenced via ENS names to support public on-chain verification and retrieval. The official said that this initiative is intended to enhance the verifiability and transparency of public publications. The official also said that this is the first step for the Turkish Presidential Communications Directorate to establish an official on-chain identity.
