Deep Tide TechFlow News — On June 6, the U.S. Central Command said: “On June 4, U.S. forces intercepted multiple ballistic missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles launched by Iran toward the Strait of Hormuz and neighboring countries in the Gulf region. Previously, U.S. Central Command shot down four Iranian one-way attack drones launched against the Strait of Hormuz. These drones posed a direct threat to maritime traffic in the region.

Subsequently, to prevent further maritime attacks, U.S. forces struck Iranian coastal surveillance radar stations located on the Ghoruk and Gashim Islands. Preliminary assessments show that six of the missiles launched by Iran were intercepted, while the seventh missed its intended target.

At present, there have been no reports of casualties among U.S. personnel. Iran’s claim that it hit and damaged the U.S. Fifth Fleet headquarters in Bahrain is untrue. U.S. Central Command forces remain highly vigilant and are ready to take further action at any time in a self-defense posture to respond to Iran’s unwarranted acts of aggression.”
