Mars Finance News, June 5 — The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Review Center issued a regulatory letter to Zhejiang Great Wall Mixing Equipment Co., Ltd. and related parties. On September 30, 2022, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange accepted the application from Zhejiang Great Wall Mixing Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the issuer) for an initial public offering and listing on the ChiNext Board. Upon investigation, the issuer was found to have committed the following violations during the listing application process: failure to fully disclose the basis for revenue recognition and related internal control irregularities; other violations include: first, the issuer's internal controls related to research and development are not standardized, and the relevant information disclosure is inconsistent with actual conditions; second, the issuer did not fully disclose the chairman’s external investment activities; third, there are significant discrepancies in the disclosed construction project budgets before and after, with no reasonable explanation. The issuer’s actual controller and chairman, Yu Peiqing; the actual controller, general manager, and director, Yu Shuyao; the actual controller and director, Jin Youxiang; the actual controller and director, Lu Yungang; the actual controller, deputy general manager, and then-director, Chen Siqi; the actual controller and then-director, Jin Youfa; the actual controller and then-director, Shi Haibin; and the CFO, Shi Yuwen, failed to ensure the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the prospectus and other filing documents and information disclosures, and bear significant responsibility for the issuer’s violations. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Review Center has decided to impose written warnings and self-regulatory supervisory measures on Zhejiang Great Wall Mixing Equipment Co., Ltd., Yu Peiqing, Yu Shuyao, Jin Youxiang, Lu Yungang, Chen Siqi, Jin Youfa, Shi Haibin, and Shi Yuwen.
