Deep Tide TechFlow News, June 5th, according to an official statement from the U.S. SEC, the Director of Trading and Markets at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Jamie Selway, stated at the Piper Sandler Global Exchange and Fintech Conference that Chairman Paul Atkins has instructed the department to advance the framework for securities tokenization listing and trading, with guiding principles of "promoting innovation without creating regulatory arbitrage."



Additionally, the SEC is collaborating with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to coordinate policies between the two agencies and is concurrently evaluating several new product proposals and rules that lack clarity or compatibility in certain areas.
