Based on the 5-step strategy, here’s how could apply it to this SOL/USDT setup:
1) 4H Liquidity
· Price is trading below MB (71.28) and near LB (63.64) on BOLL.
· Recent 4H high ~ 70.65 (24h high) – liquidity resting above there.
· Recent 4H low ~ 63.85 (24h low) – liquidity below that level.
· Bearish bias if price stays below MB, targeting liquidity below 63.85.
2) 5 Min Sweep
· Wait for a 5-minute candle to briefly break below 63.85 (24h low), wick below, then close back above it.
· That would sweep sell-stop liquidity, likely trapping late shorts.
3) FVG (Fair Value Gap)
· Look for a 5m or 15m FVG formed during the sweep or just after.
· Example: a gap between 63.90–64.20 on the way down that wasn’t filled.
· Entry should be after price returns into that FVG.
4) Entry
· Entry zone: 64.00–64.30 (after sweep + FVG retest).
· Stop loss: below the sweep low (~63.70).
· Position size for 20x leverage – use small % of capital (1–2% risk).
5) 3RR (Risk-to-Reward = 3)
· Risk = ~0.60 (64.00 → 63.40)
· Target = 64.00 + (3 × 0.60) = ~65.80
· That aligns with MB (71.28)? No – 65.80 is below MB, so it’s a scalp within range.
· Alternative: scale target to 70.00 (liquidity above) – but that’s >3RR from entry.
Verdict on this setup:
✅ Works as a mean reversion scalp to MB.
⚠️ 20x is aggressive – ensure tight risk management.
❌ If 4H trend is strongly bearish, 3RR may not reach MB. Consider 1.5–2RR instead.
