Oklahoma just became the 17th state to ban child marriage and the voting was WAY TOO CLOSE.

Senate Bill 504 sets the minimum marriage age at 18 with ZERO exceptions. It passed the House 51-36 by just ONE vote and became law on May 13 without the governor's signature.
Every single one of the 36 "NO" votes came from Republicans.
