Are we starting to treat a few large on-chain transfers as “smart money” homework again? I love watching too, but in plain terms, no matter how hot the narratives about parallel processing and sharding get, it ultimately comes down to two things: where to keep assets more safely, and whether you can exit smoothly when you really need to. Recently, whenever exchanges’ hot and cold wallets move, people interpret it as insider information. I only ask myself first: who controls the project’s bridges, cross-chain functionality, and contract permissions—can it be paused in an emergency? And when LPs withdraw, will they get stuck and turn into “only in, no out”? I’ll read the proposal slowly, but I won’t take sides; I’ll figure out my exit plan first. Anyway, I don’t want to be the last one holding the bag.
