BlockBeats News. June 5. Morgan Stanley predicts that SpaceX revenue could soar to $3.4 trillion by 2040, and SpaceX’s adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) will exceed $2.7 trillion in 2040. This helps to substantiate the reasonableness of its target $1.77 trillion IPO valuation.

This forecast is mainly driven by explosive growth in the company’s artificial intelligence business, with revenue expected to rise sharply from current levels. SpaceX generated $18.7 billion in revenue in 2025 and plans to raise about $75 billion, which could become the largest IPO in history.
