📢 Breaking Update – U.S. Congress War Powers Vote

On June 3, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a War Powers resolution by a 215–208 vote, calling for former President Donald Trump to halt military operations against Iran and requiring congressional authorization for any continued military action.

Notably, four Republican lawmakers joined Democrats in supporting the measure — marking the first bipartisan break since the conflict began in February.

Although the resolution is largely symbolic, it sends a strong political message about congressional authority and limits on executive war powers, intensifying debate over U.S. military involvement in Iran.
