According to Beating Monitoring, Liquid AI has released a local privacy data masking tool called ShieldFlow. ShieldFlow supports running the built-in Liquid Foundation Model locally, automatically recognizing and masking sensitive data on the device to prevent privacy information from flowing to the cloud. During operation, ShieldFlow does not require GPU computing power, has extremely low memory usage, and can run offline in real time on the vast majority of ordinary personal computers. At the Microsoft Build 2026 developer conference held on a recent date, ShieldFlow was showcased as part of the Foundry Local program. And at the Taipei International Computer Show (COMPUTEX 2026) on site, ShieldFlow also completed a live operational demonstration on an AMD laptop. Liquid AI has now opened early access applications for ShieldFlow.
