Dell Technologies rises another 11% during the session, after a previous trading day where the stock surged over 32% due to impressive earnings reports, hitting a new all-time high; HP is up nearly 9%. On the news front, NVIDIA announced today the launch of the RTX Spark super chip, entering the PC market.
