ZEC has been dropping hard. This vulnerability has already been fixed. But in theory, when something goes wrong, the smart money should have known in advance. They would run ahead, or the founders’ confidentiality work would have been done very well. They post something first, and only then does it start to fall. As for whether any additional tokens were issued—it's still a question mark. In the short term, it feels a bit oversold.
