Recently, I realized I’m pretty typical: when I’m up, I’m like “oh, it’s fine” and keep eating. But once I’m in a floating loss, I start clicking back and forth to check right before bed— the more I look, the more awake I get… Basically, losses are like a tear in a book page; if I don’t deal with it, it just feels awful, even if it’s only on paper. I actually remember the position layering and the APY sources clearly, but emotions don’t follow logic—they only stare at “will it turn into a real loss?”

These past few days, hardware wallets are out of stock again, and there are ridiculously many phishing links. In the group chat, there are people passing them around nonstop. I’m getting more anxious too: losing money feels bad, and if my assets “are gone,” it’s an outright meltdown. Anyway, the way I’m doing things now is to mess around less—don’t click any links. If I haven’t figured out the returns, I’ll just treat it as if it doesn’t exist, and get some sleep first.
