Previously, it was reported that Zcash founder Zooko posted this morning to review the details of the serious forgery vulnerability in Orchard.
Zooko stated that security researcher Taylor Hornby discovered a serious forgery vulnerability in the Zcash Orchard pool on May 29th and disclosed it to Zcash Open Development Lab (ZODL).
ZODL then coordinated with the ecosystem for an emergency response, and the fix was completed on June 2nd.
