Recently, everyone’s been talking about modularization and the DA layer like there’s no tomorrow, and I can understand the excitement developers feel—like, “We’ve finally built the LEGO the right way.” But ordinary users are really just left staring blankly… so I force myself to focus on one main thread: the little bit of data you post on-chain—can others access it anytime? After they get it, who decides the order in which it’s packaged? And finally, how long does it take before this outcome is considered “truly finalized” and won’t change? In plain terms: where the data lives, who gets in line, and how long you can be at ease. No matter how fancy the terminology gets, in the end it boils down to the user experience—will your transfer or order placement get stuck, will it be front-run, and will you dare to treat it as the final result immediately? Anyway, when I look at projects now, I ask these three questions first. The rest of the narrative can ferment on its own slowly.
