Recently I’ve been itching to change my PFP again. Honestly, it’s not that I think it’ll go up—it's more that I see everyone using the same set of avatars and chatting in channels that suddenly look so lively, and I get a bit scared that I might miss out on the chance to be “seen.” But if I calm down and think about it, things like memberships and brands—whatever their long-term value is—probably comes from consistent delivery: content, services, in-person meetups, or truly being able to bring your identity into more scenarios. Otherwise, it’s just short-term attention.

Now on the Layer2 side, they argue about TPS, fees, and ecosystem subsidies every day, and I get swept up too, checking the data—but in the end, I circle back to the old questions: is the bridge stable, can I tolerate the latency, and the fees shouldn’t get too ridiculous. A good-looking avatar is one thing, but whether asset migration is smooth is another… I’ll wait and see—don’t impulsively buy into the “hype.”
