Stopping loss is really like a breakup, dragging it out without admitting it, pretending to say "wait a little longer," but in fact, you're paying interest every day: emotional interest, opportunity cost interest, and in the end, it hurts more and more. Recently, I saw a bunch of narratives about AI agents doing automatic trading and on-chain interactions, hyped up quite a bit, but many people haven't paid attention to security. When wallet authorizations increase, it's easy to get into trouble, and losses become even harder to recover from. Anyway, I now believe more in "admitting mistakes first," if it's time to leave, just leave, don't stubbornly hold on out of pride. If I could only keep one habit: write down exit conditions before placing an order.
