These past two days, I’ve been woken up again by all the commotion from meme hype… To be blunt, this “narrative” thing runs faster than bridge confirmations—if your brain can’t keep up, it’s easy to get carried away. For now, I basically decide in advance how much loss I can accept, otherwise when the candlesticks start acting up, I begin to talk myself into it, and in the end it turns into stubbornly holding on.

If I hadn’t, back then, kept a close watch on abnormal traffic before that cross-chain incident, and hadn’t cut my position size a bit earlier, I probably wouldn’t have learned my lesson either: sure, the hype is hype, but the stop-loss has to be put there first—don’t wait until emotions kick in to think about it. Recently, the modularization and DA layers are getting developers pretty excited, while users are left looking totally clueless… The more there’s this kind of atmosphere of “I don’t get it, but it sounds really impressive,” the more I’m inclined to bet less and observe more. Staying up late to wait for confirmation is fine; staying up late to wait for miracles? Forget it.
