COSCO SHIPPING Energy Transportation announces that on June 2, 2026, its wholly owned indirect subsidiary, Yuanhai Company, entered into a construction contract with Jiangnan Shipyard for the building of four 175,000-cubic-meter LNG vessels, with a total investment of RMB 6.445 billion. This transaction was reviewed and approved at the company’s 8th Board of Directors meeting in 2026.
