Stop-loss really is a bit like a breakup, dragging it out and not handling it will only make things look worse and worse. Especially for someone like me who plays with borrowing and lending, clearly knowing the position is wrong but still stubbornly holding on, in the end, either losing more or having the interest slowly chip away at my mindset, the more I look, the more annoyed I get. Admit defeat early, lower the leverage, and sleep more peacefully. Honestly, what I save isn't just money, but also energy.

Recently, isn't there a bunch of new L1/L2 projects issuing incentives to boost TVL? I can also understand the old users' complaints of "mining, then selling." Liquidity comes quickly and leaves just as fast, don't treat yourself like an iron man. Anyway, I now just focus on utilization rate, and when I see something wrong, I stop. First, stay alive, then talk.
