Today, the on-chain transaction got stuck again, and I’m too lazy to chase down exactly what went wrong. Most likely, it’s not your poor network connection, but the indexer/Subgraph acting up, or RPC being rate-limited: when requests pile up, they get queued, and the frontend feels like it’s paused, with data refreshing only after a long delay. To put it simply, the “on-chain state” we see is actually several layers of relay, and if one layer coughs, you might think the chain has stopped.

Recently, AI Agents and automated trading are being hyped up again, but I’m actually more concerned about whether the RPC/keys they use are shared, and if errors cause them to sign things incorrectly… You can tell any story you want, but when it comes to security, be a little more cautious. Anyway, I won’t chase explanations anymore—if it’s stuck, it’s stuck. Retry if you can, don’t get too worked up.
