Mars Finance News: NVIDIA announces the completion of its acquisition of predictive AI software company Kumo AI, with a deal exceeding $400 million. This acquisition will expand NVIDIA's AI software business boundaries and strengthen its industry advantage in enterprise predictive analytics. It is reported that Kumo AI was founded in 2022, and its self-developed foundational model can interface with enterprise data warehouse structured data, enabling commercialization scenarios such as customer churn prediction, anti-fraud, supply and demand estimation, risk control review, and intelligent product recommendation. The news indicates that the founding team of Kumo AI officially joined NVIDIA last month, and as of now, NVIDIA has not made an official comment regarding this acquisition.
