I'm now checking if the project is actually in progress, first by verifying if the treasury expenditures and milestones match correctly. Spending money quickly isn't necessarily bad; the key is whether what is spent leaves behind "verifiable deliverables": code merge records, audit reports, collaborative deliveries, growth data, and preferably signatures or endorsements from responsible persons. The worst case is when the budget is written beautifully, but in reality, it's just a bunch of "ecosystem/brand/consulting fees," and at the end of the month, the settlement doesn't match anything.

Recently, everyone is daily watching the unlock calendar and shouting about selling pressure. I instead casually check whether, before and after unlocking, the treasury suddenly accelerates spending or pushes milestones back... To put it plainly, those who can deliver work on schedule and dare to openly share expenditure details for community scrutiny at least seem serious. If you see they only push for votes but never do a review or retrospective, I basically just watch the show.
