I joined the project shown in the image from Evim companies. By paying a 1,600,000₺ down payment + 280,000₺ transaction fee, I will receive 4m ₺ after 5 months.

After 5 months, I will buy two houses and rent them out. I’ll use the rent to pay my house company’s installment. I’ll share everything with you step by step—you’ll see how investing can be done with low capital :)
My monthly installments;
First 6 months: 10,000₺
Second 6 months: 26,000₺
Third 6 months: 68,000₺
Fourth 6 months: 18,000₺
With the money left over from the low payments in the first year, I will buy gold and add it to the high installments in the last months. For example, if 50 thousand TL in rent comes in, I will pay the 10 thousand TL installment for my house company and with the remaining 40 thousand TL I will buy gold, breaking it into pieces while paying the high installments during the fourth 6 months.
