CryptoWorld News reports that, according to TechStartups, NVIDIA announced it has acquired the predictive AI software startup Kumo AI, with a deal exceeding $400 million.
This acquisition will further expand NVIDIA's AI software portfolio and strengthen its competitiveness in the enterprise predictive analytics market.
Kumo AI was founded in 2022, and the company's foundational models can directly process structured data within enterprise data warehouses, helping companies quickly complete tasks such as customer churn prediction, fraud detection, demand forecasting, credit risk analysis, and product recommendations.
It is reported that the founding team of Kumo AI joined NVIDIA last month, but NVIDIA has refused to comment as of now.
