These days, I keep seeing a bunch of guesses like "testnet interactions," "points are about to take off," "mainnet will issue tokens," basically just attention looking for an exit. I used to get caught up in this too—chasing narratives one day, chasing KOLs the next—and in the end, I realized it’s not money being taken, but time filled with brain space.

The noise is too loud right now, so I’ve come up with a noise-canceling strategy: ask myself first, "If there were no token issuance or airdrops, would I still do this?" If not, I leave it alone, at most save it, and avoid the urge to join the hype. Narrative cycles are like changing light bulbs—what’s shining is the story, not necessarily that you need to be the electrician… Anyway, I’m slowing down the pace first.
