Futu will suspend buy (opening position) trading within China for existing accounts starting June 12.

Mars Finance News: On June 4, Futu Holdings announced that, to implement the industry regulatory requirements during the 2-year concentrated rectification period and to promote the standardized development of cross-border securities business, corresponding adjustments will be made to services for existing investors in Mainland China. Starting from June 12, 2026 (Beijing time), investment accounts will have the following changes: 1. In Mainland China trading services: buying (opening positions) transactions for all products, including stocks, will be suspended; selling (closing positions) transactions will not be affected. 2. In Mainland China fund transfer services: fund transfer-in services will be suspended. (Jin10)
