The messages in the group have been flooding like a waterfall these days, and when KOLs share, it’s like they’ve hit a collective FOMO switch. To be honest, when it comes to impulsive buying, no one should be responsible for paying for you: whether it’s the group or the KOL, at most they’re just a “trigger,” and the one who confirms with a click is yourself.

Now when I see new projects, my first reaction isn’t to get excited by the narrative, but to check the contract permissions, where the money is going, whether there are lock-ups… I start to get allergic to anonymous + no lock-up, I’d rather miss out than become a cautionary tale.

By the way, recently everyone’s been criticizing miners/validators for eating too fat, and MEV for making the ordering unfair. I can empathize with that, but aside from complaining, the biggest losers are still the retail investors following the trend. Anyway, I’ve turned off half of the notifications first and will calm down before making any moves.
