These days, some people are scaring themselves with "staking unlock/token unlock calendar," and when the group gets tense, they frantically click confirm to accelerate... I instead tend to glance at the mempool to see if it's really "crowded" or just emotional. When there's congestion, your transaction is basically waiting in line: if you set gas too low, you'll be left behind; if you set it too high, it might not go through immediately, especially when there are a bunch of frontrunners/snipers jumping the queue, making it feel more like "I clicked but it still hasn't moved." What's more annoying is that some people send multiple replacement transactions, trapping themselves in a pending queue, and in the end, they have to cancel and give up, wasting money and feeling exhausted.

Why am I calm: a small habit—wait two or three blocks before placing an order, casually check the pending backlog and average fee rate, then decide whether to push now. Honestly, waiting half a minute is much more comfortable than fixing things afterward. Anyway, I’d rather miss a little than struggle with myself in congestion.
