It was reported that Trump plans to abandon the "De-militarization" fund plan

According to Xinhua News Agency, sources familiar with the matter revealed that after being questioned by members of both parties in Congress and facing legal challenges, U.S. President Donald Trump plans to abandon a total of approximately $1.8 billion "deweaponization" fund program. The fund was originally intended to compensate victims of the U.S. government’s "weaponization" during former President Biden's administration. Axios News reported on June 1 that two senior U.S. government officials said the fund "has currently been shelved." (Xinhua News Agency)
