Golden Finance reports that on June 4th, OpenAI's Chief Financial Officer Sarah Friar recently revealed in an interview that she has personally experienced OpenAI's AI device, and it's difficult to describe the experience in words. "It feels very natural and also very charming." When the host asked about the specific form of the hardware, Friar did not give a direct answer, saying, "Jony Ive and his team are really good at injecting humanized qualities into devices," she said, "I actually don't know how to explain this precisely, but when you see it with your own eyes, you can feel it." She stated that OpenAI will officially release this product "by the end of this year." Previously, OpenAI had indicated in a document that the earliest they expect to start shipping would be February 2027.
