Goldman Sachs announced a partnership with fund services giant Apex Group and digital asset exchange Archax to jointly launch a blockchain-native tokenized real estate fund. Infrastructure provider Ownera and real estate investment management firm LRC Group also took part. The fund will combine blockchain-native issuance with existing fund structures, aiming to improve operational efficiency and transparency, while tokenizing fund shares through Goldman Sachs’ blockchain platform GS DAP.
