These past two days, the messages in the group have exploded again, with KOLs coming one wave after another. To put it bluntly, information overload is the easiest way to push people to “buy first and think later.” I used to blame the people who set the tone, but later I realized that in the end, the one who pays for impulsive buying is still me: when you hit confirm that one time, it has nothing to do with the group members or the KOLs—they’re at most just the gas pedal, while you’re the driver.

Especially now, many on-chain data tools and tagging systems are also criticized for being lagging, or even for being able to mislead people. Seeing the “smart money” label makes you get carried away, and then you look back and realize it was just someone else who went ahead of you and staged it for you to see… Anyway, I’m choosing to move more slowly now: I’ll go through the basics first—things like token releases and buybacks. If I don’t understand them, I won’t chase; if I miss them, then I miss them.
