CryptoWorld News, OpenAI's intelligent agent programming tool Codex experienced three reliability failures in the past 24 hours, leading to service stability issues. To compensate affected users, Codex head Thibault Sottiaux announced on X platform that all paid plan users' Codex usage quotas have been reset. In addition to service fluctuations, developers have reported recent automatic compression errors with Codex, with error messages indicating that the connection was unexpectedly interrupted before the compression task was completed, making the tool difficult to use normally. Regarding Git status recognition and caching, Codex has also been accused of invalid and residual issues; developers reported that Codex cannot recognize the current Git status of projects and has cached outdated data. After force closing and restarting, clicking anywhere still triggers crashes.
