These days I set a word for myself: stop. When interest rates tighten, risk appetite shrinks like a water tap being turned down, and positions also need to be scaled back; otherwise, the mentality collapses before the price does. To put it simply, I now care more about whether I can sleep peacefully, so I stop and reduce leverage first, observe how the emotions develop over a few days, and then decide whether to add back. On-chain activity is quite hot, with new L1/L2 projects boosting TVL with incentives, and it's normal for old users to complain about "mining, selling," I don't chase the hype anyway, during the low peak I finish the batch of interactions that need to be done and then stop refreshing, saving gas and avoiding trouble.
