Just staring at the mempool for a while, it feels like waiting in line at an old radio station hotline for song requests: sending out a transaction doesn't mean it will be broadcast immediately, it just gets a number. When there are many people, it causes congestion, and miners/packagers will prioritize those who pay higher tips, while those who pay less stay in line, or even get forgotten... Sometimes, a higher-tipped transaction can push out a lower-tipped one, causing a reordering on the spot.

Recently, the group has been discussing staking unlocks, token unlock calendars, and that "selling pressure anxiety." When everyone gets nervous, they rush in together, making the chain look more like rush hour. Anyway, if I have urgent matters, I add a little tip; if not, I just listen to music to relax and wait patiently, don’t stress myself out.
