You don’t have to be overly “considerate.”

As long as you gradually develop your own stable way of doing things,
and truly accept it in your heart—without second-guessing yourself—
then that is your “way.”

When you become firm enough,
the people around you will slowly adjust themselves instead,
finding a way to get along with you.

If you don’t pander to others,
they’ll start thinking about how to approach you.

Between people,
a subtle “balance” often forms spontaneously.
