Why don't I buy US stocks on Robinhood and choose Gate instead?

Many friends ask me: Why don't you just use Robinhood or some other platform? The answer is: I don't want to leave the crypto ecosystem.

I am a heavy crypto user; USDT is my main "cash." When I receive my salary in fiat currency, I immediately convert it to USDT. For daily expenses, I use a crypto card; for investments, I store USDT in financial products. If I want to buy US stocks, traditional brokers require me to convert to USD, then wait for T+2 settlement, and transfer it out. This process not only takes time but also exposes me to exchange rate risk.

Gate perfectly solves this problem. USDT in my account can directly buy US stocks, and after selling stocks, USDT immediately returns to my account, allowing me to continue buying crypto, investing, or withdrawing. The entire process involves no fiat currency, no exchange rate loss, and no bank transfer waiting.

For example: on June 3rd, I sold 0.01 shares of NVDA (although I didn't actually sell), and the USDT I received could immediately be used to buy a coin on Gate. This "decentralized exchange-like" experience is something traditional brokers can't offer.

Additionally, Gate supports 24-hour USDT withdrawals. After selling stocks, you can withdraw USDT to your wallet at 3 a.m. Traditional brokers require waiting for trading days and bank processing, which can take from one to three days.

So for me, Gate isn't just a "tool for buying US stocks," but rather "my main crypto financial account now includes stock assets." That's the fundamental difference.

If you're a crypto-native user, you will definitely understand what I’m talking about. If you're still using traditional brokers and managing crypto accounts separately, I strongly recommend trying Gate. Keeping all assets in one place greatly improves management efficiency.
