Golden Finance reported that on June 3, U.S. President Trump said in an interview program aired on that day that he looks forward to meeting with Iran’s top leader, Mujtaba Khamenei. Trump said, “He (Mujtaba) is deeply involved in it (the negotiations), yes, I think people respect him very much.” When asked whether he would be willing to meet with Mujtaba, Trump said, “Yes, I would really like to meet him. I’m willing to meet with everyone. I hope to meet him, and when the time is right, we may meet—it depends on how events unfold.”
