June 2nd, Gate Europe successfully held the industry networking event "Capital Social at Money20/20 Europe." The event was jointly organized by Gate Institutional, Gate Fiat, and Gate Pay, attracting over 150 professionals from the payments, OTC, institutional trading, and fintech sectors to discuss the trends of digital asset integration with traditional finance and the development opportunities in the institutional market.

During the event, senior Gate executives and industry guests exchanged views on topics such as the integration of fiat currency and digital assets, institutional liquidity, cross-border payments, and institutional-level settlement. Partner Utexo delivered a specialized presentation on institutional liquidity, fiat infrastructure, and payment collaboration. In the roundtable discussion themed "Everything Capital," participants focused on capital flow efficiency, the construction of institutional payment networks, evolution of OTC market structures, and innovation in cross-border settlement.

This event provided a deep communication platform for traditional financial institutions, payment companies, and digital asset industry participants. Currently, Gate Group’s Malta-based entity, Gate Europe, has obtained European MiCA and PI licenses under the supervision of the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), continuously advancing its compliance footprint in Europe, and strengthening infrastructure capabilities such as institutional payments, fiat channels, and cross-border settlement. As the industry moves toward higher levels of compliance and institutionalization, Gate will continue to deepen global industry collaboration and promote the integration of digital assets with traditional finance.
