The U.S. Clarity Act has been scheduled for legislation in the Senate.

Golden Finance reports that on June 3rd, according to BitcoinNews, the U.S. "Clarity Act" has officially been submitted by the Senate Banking Committee and included in the Senate legislative schedule.
The Senate Banking Committee approved the bill on May 14th with a 15-9 vote.
The bill was officially scheduled in the Senate on June 1st and is now eligible for full Senate consideration.
The next key hurdle is a full Senate vote.
