I’ve already worked out a business model for OpenAI:

2b fully copies Anthropic, with large enterprises monopolizing content.
Then release Codex as an infrastructure product (Codex SDK), so that all developers can build on top of it,
and offer developers subscription services and token price-difference services.
This means if you develop a translation app, you can integrate with OpenAI’s payment system,
and you can quickly wrap and launch.
User top-ups are actually recharging OpenAI, while you are a token distributor—an official intermediary (the commercial essence of AI software).
Buying the API yourself costs 100 yuan; OpenAI’s official wrapper channel only costs 50.
Directly “sentence” Stripe and OpenRouter to death.
