Mars Finance News: On Polymarket, the probability of “Anthropic will go public by September 30” has fallen to 30%, down 37% over 24 hours. In addition, the probability of “Anthropic will go public by December 31” is currently at 89%. Anthropic has announced that it has privately filed for a U.S. IPO, moving ahead of competitor OpenAI to enter the listing process. In a statement, Anthropic said that submitting the prospectus “gives us the right to choose to go public after the SEC completes its review,” and emphasized that “the proposed initial public offering will depend on market conditions and other factors.” According to market sources, Anthropic’s earliest possible listing date is this autumn, but it has not disclosed the offering size and terms.
