Deep Tide TechFlow News, June 3rd, Galaxy Research monitoring, a physical Casascius Bitcoin minted between 2011-2013 (denomination 25 BTC, approximately $1.78 million) had its private key stripped and was fully extracted on the blockchain.
It is reported that Casascius Coin is an early physical collectible of Bitcoin, containing the real BTC private key sealed inside. Holders can open the tamper-proof holographic sticker to access the assets. The series was discontinued in 2013, and there are still tens of thousands of BTC stored in unopened Casascius physical coins.
