Objective reasons for Bitcoin price dropping from 70k to the 60k range

1. Large-scale outflow of institutional funds (core)
Previously, the US spot ETF funds that pushed up the price continued to experience net redemptions, major institutions sold off in batches and exited the market, market incremental buying dried up, losing the support of medium- and long-term funds, and the trend naturally corrected.

2. High leverage chain liquidation
The crypto market generally uses dozens of times leverage. After breaking key support levels, a large number of long positions are forcibly liquidated and sold, forming a negative cycle of “decline → forced liquidation → further decline,” accelerating rapid downward movement.

3. Global macro environment under pressure
Repeated US inflation data, rising market expectations for interest rate hikes, a strengthening dollar, and global funds withdrawing from high-risk speculative assets; coupled with geopolitical volatility, funds prioritize safe-haven assets, leading to crypto asset sell-offs.

4. Technical correction in bull market cycle
After a period of continuous large gains, a huge amount of profit-taking accumulates. Once an upward cycle ends, profit-taking funds are concentrated and exit the market. This is a cyclical pullback of speculative assets, and various news are just post-hoc excuses for the decline, not the root cause of the drop. #成长值抽奖赢金条
